Another critical component in your IT infrastructure is keeping your software up to date.  We monitor major vendors for new updates.  When an update is available, we will first test the installation in a virtual environment before rolling it out to your production environment to help prevent downtime caused be a failed update or compatibility problem.

Our RMM package also includes a convenient app for submitting support requests so even non-emergency issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

On-Site Service

Some services can't be done remotely and must be performed on site.  With our management package, on site service is covered.  That means there's no additional labor or service call fees for hardware troubleshooting, refreshes, installs, or upgrades.

Backup & Recovery

On-Site Backup

Keeping an up to date backup of your data is essential for your business.  We'll setup and maintain a backup system on premises to keep your data safe from hardware failure, accidental deletion, malware, ransomware, or other loss.

Off-Site Backup

For another layer of protection, we'll store a copy of the backed up data in a secure data center off-site.  In the event of a natural disaster or other catastrophic event, when the on-site data is unusable or unavailable, we can restore from the cloud.

Virtualization

If a machine or site is down, we can restore system images to a virtual environment.  Employees can log in and work normally until the issue is resolved.

Data Security

All data is encrypted before it leaves the device to be backed up.  The data is stored encrypted and is only decrypted on the destination device in the event it is needed.  This way, you can be sure your information won't fall into the wrong hands.

Our systems are HIPAA compliant.  All data remains encyrpted and private.  We understand that in some situations, your data is prohibited from being transmitted over the internet or even leaving the premises.  We can provide support with those restrictions as well.
